These terms apply when you use theivfanchor.co.uk, book a coaching session, or buy a digital guide from The IVF Anchor, run by Nene. By booking a session or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you book or buy.

What The IVF Anchor is — and isn't

The IVF Anchor provides emotional and practical support based on lived experience of IVF, alongside informational guides.

Coaching sessions are not medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice.
I am not a doctor, fertility specialist, counsellor or therapist, and nothing I say should be treated as a substitute for advice from your fertility clinic, GP, or a qualified mental health professional.
The guides sold on this site are informational resources to help you prepare for conversations with your clinic. They are not clinical guidance and do not replace advice from your medical team.
I cannot guarantee any particular outcome from coaching or from following the guides, including anything relating to the success of your fertility treatment.
If you are in emotional distress, please contact your GP or the Fertility Network UK helpline on 0121 323 5025.

Coaching sessions

Booking

Sessions are booked through Calendly. A free 20-minute intro call is available before you commit to paid sessions.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice using the link in your booking confirmation. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are not refunded or carried over.

Payment

Payment is taken in advance through Stripe at the time of booking. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

Confidentiality

What you share in a coaching session is treated as confidential, except where I have a legal or safeguarding obligation to act on something you've told me.

Digital guides

The IVF Abroad Guide, The IVF Consultation Companion and any other guides sold through Payhip are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, forward or upload them to any other website, platform or file-sharing service.

Because these are instant digital downloads, once you've accessed a file, the purchase cannot be refunded. If you have a genuine technical problem accessing your download, email theivfanchor@gmail.com and I'll help sort it out.

Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, and in the guides sold through it — including text, design and branding — belongs to The IVF Anchor and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

I provide coaching and guides with reasonable care and skill, based on genuine lived experience. However, I don't accept liability for decisions you make about your fertility treatment, or for outcomes of that treatment, as these are always matters for you and your medical team. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the business grows. The current version will always be posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

These terms are written to reflect how The IVF Anchor currently operates. They're a general guide, not formal legal advice — worth having a solicitor review the final version, particularly the refund wording, as the business grows.
